Georgian Monasetry of GIALIA on Cyprys

ქართველი მეცნიერების მიერ კუნძულ კვიპროსზე, ღალიის ქართველთა მონასტრის არქეოლოგიური გათხრების (2006-2010 წწ.) შედეგად მოპოვებული არტეფაქტები, რომელთა რესტავრაცია კვიპროსის მხარემ ითავა, საქართველოს კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის დაცვის ეროვნული სააგენტოსა და კვიპროსის რესპუბლიკის კომუნიკაციებისა და ინფრასტრუქტურის სამინისტროს სიძველეთა დეპარტამენტის ერთობლივი გადაწყვეტილებით, 2015 წლის დეკემბერში საქართველოში გამოიფინება. ეს მნიშვნელოვანი მოვლენაა, რაც საქართველოსა და კვიპროსის რესპუბლიკის მეგობრულ ურთიერთობებს კიდევ უფრო მაღალ დონეზე ასწევს და ჩვენი უწყებების მომავალი თანამშრომლობის მრავალმხრივ პერსპეტქივას წარმოაჩენს.

Artifacts obtained by Georgian scientists as a consequence of archaeological excavations (2006-2010) at the Georgian monastery of Gialia on the island of Cyprus, whose restoration was undertaken by the Cyprian side, will be exhibited in Georgia in December 2015. A joint decision was made on this matter by the National Agency for C ultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia and the Antiquity Department of Communications and Infrastructure of the Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus. It is an important event which will prove favorable to further consolidation of friendly relations between Georgia and the Republic of Cyprus. It will also demonstrate diverse aspects of further cooperation of our departments.
